Civil Computer Engineering

Education

Today’s society is experiencing rapid changes in its relationships and processes as a result of the dizzying development of new information and communication technologies. Thus, there is a strong demand in the world for specialized professionals with a systemic vision and capable of generating the required changes and innovations. The USM responds to these challenges by training Civil Computer Engineers capable of conceiving, modeling, designing, evaluating, implementing and managing computer systems. With a flexible curriculum, it complements the fundamental courses of the discipline with internships and electives courses, which allow to adapt to technological advances and the student’s own interests, including the English language learning and student exchange, facilitating their insertion in a globalized world and strengthening entrepreneurship and innovation.
