Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is the highest authority of the Institution. Its fundamental role will be to ensure the fulfillment of the University’s objectives, assist in the long-term institutional development, set the general guidelines and safeguard the financial and patrimonial situation of the institution. The Board of Trustees will be the organism where the professors and teachers, as well as the alumni and the National Government will concur to the institutional government

- (a) The President
- (b) A representative of the President of the Republic
- (c) A representative of the Alumni
- (d) Four representatives of academics
- (e) Two representatives of the faculty staff
- (f) One trustee elected by the Academic Board and the Heads of the Campuses; the election must be made by persons from outside the Institution.
- (g) One Trustee elected by the Academic Board and the Campus Directors from among the alumni of the Institution who do not work full-time at the University.
Academic Board
The Academic Board is the collegiate body responsible for setting the rules that regulate the academic activities of the Institution that take place on the University’s campuses.
