Education

The University Technician in Automation and Control of the Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria is a professional with solid theoretical and practical knowledge in: configuration of automated systems, calibration of industrial instrumentation, operation of static electrical energy converters, implementation of programmable controllers and automatic control, executing and organizing maintenance activities and verifying and maintaining automated equipment and systems in production processes and intelligent electrical installations considering safety criteria. The training curriculum, at this level, allows him/her to assimilate the technological advances occurring in their specialty, incorporating energy efficiency criteria, achieving an adequate professional development, as well as an optimum level of specialization in activities related to their field of work.
